What fills your cup will spill into every relationship, decision, and season. There are two cups before you — only one gives life.
Christ has come to give life — body, soul, and spirit.
Galatians 5:22–23
"But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law."
For the wages of sin is death — body, soul, and spirit.

"Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like…"
Both cups promise to satisfy. Only one delivers. The Emotional Cup numbs for a moment — the Cup of Life transforms for a lifetime.
These are the same steps for both cups — but only one cup pours these out as life. The other will demand them and never give them back.
